Hi! I've had an account on Newgrounds for about 3 months now, but I thought I would leave a post now. I am using Newgrounds primarily for its audio portal, which, before, I ignored as I concentrated mainly on (and was extremely entertained by) the Flash Portal, but as I got more into music making, I started submitting by content (mostly below average quality, I admit), and also got to hear all of the fantastic music on Newgrounds, many of which I prefer to any licensed music that is sold by a record company.

I submit my music to Newgrounds for 3 reasons:
1. To allow free downloads for songs on an upcoming album for any of my local fans that I want to post as a sample.
2. To let the online community listen to and judge my work, as well as to do my best to contribute to the incredible music and talent of such artists as Envy, BeatSource, and ParagonX9, even if I am light years out of their league.
3. To hear suggestions on music theory and acquiring music software from people who really know what they're talking about.

As well, I thought I'd share my to-do list:
1. Write a few more songs on piece-of-crap Anvil Studio
2. Download Reaper and write a few songs using it
3. Sell copies of an album containing said songs
4. Use the money to buy a version of FL, Fruity Loops or better.
5. Continue to write music... FOREVER!!!!!
